Wonderful staff - very friendly, welcoming and non intimidating. Loved him! Clear, no far out medical terms, explained things well and inquired for feedback to be sure we understood. Was very supportive and understanding. Took time to look up answers to questions that he didn't feel he could fully answer. Sent us home with websites offering perspectives on both sides of our situation. Highly recommended.
