Dr de Souza Duncan Gregory

On May 28, 2025 I attended Kelowna General Hospital to undergo a total knee replacement operation performed by Dr. S. Krywulak. While waiting in a pre surgery room, Dr. Krywulak attended asking several health questions prior to my surgery.

Dr. De Souza also arrived and greeted me with his introduction, handshake and smile ( I like that). Being a little nervous, Dr. De Souza put me completely at ease, explaining his procedure while prepping me for surgery. He finished by reassuring me that he was going to take good care of me during my operation. My operation took approximately 70 minutes and was a total success thanks to Dr. Krywulak and Dr. De Souza.

Unfortunately I was unable to thank Dr. De Souza personally after my operation as I was placed in a recovery room for the night before being discharged. Although I was the fourth surgery this date, Dr. De Souza treated me as his first patient of the day. He, along with his team are outstanding in my opinion and truly appreciated by me. I highly recommend Dr. De Souza.
